Respected doctors i want to know that can sidmoscpy detect colon cancer or should I go for colonoscopy can doing sidmoscpy help to find cancer

In sigmoidoscopy only small part of large bowel examined..in colonoscopy whole large bowel is examined..so colonoscopy is best.
