Can I settle down in Cold country  ( USA, Uk, Canada, Germany) as I am patient of RHD, so will I be able to sustain to cold climate or it's better to avoid? Please clarify

Absolutely no issue of living in cold country if you are suffering from rheumatic heart disease. you will require a regular follow up & proper treatment wherever you live. Rest upon you.
