Can not see
I can read all things at all distance but i can not see person image or other things clearlly from all distance near and far both i am confused what it is please help me doctor what it is kindly replay your answer waiting for need ful help i can not focus on any thing the only thing i can do with my eyes is reading nothing else please help

You need to consult an ophthalmologist as early as possible as this could indicate various eye problems. You have not mentioned the duration of your symptoms, any associated redness, pain . Whether drop in vision was sudden. It may be something as simple as a refractive error ( glasses) or maybe some problem with retina or some other pet of the eye . This can be ruled out only by detailed examination.
