My left shoulder & upper arm muscle pains severely when lifted or stretched for back side or lifted up

Dear friend.had you suffered any injury or it is spontaneous. It seems like rotator cuff disease.. Looks like a shoulder pathology.  Get a shoulder mri scan done. May be a rotator cuff tear
