No...but u might have slight spotting called as implantation bleeding..... because of the fertilized egg getting attached to your uterine wall..... get your urine pregnancy test done if you miss your dates.....

also ovulation one day before periods is highly unlikely unless you have history of irregular menstrual cycles....
