Hi, I recently applied Dettol to my face which burnt the skin. It has been 2.5 weeks since I applied, yesterday I confirmed that the black mark I have is a dermal pigmentation. Though I have been protecting my skin from UV rays throughout the day, should I do the same during the night? In other words do indoor lights and laptop screen trigger/worsen pigmentation? Also, what all additional care should I take during the course of lightening the PIH. E.g., food habits, etc. Thanks in advance for the help.
