Can i take shatawari tablet to improve my egg quality.my amh is low. I have regular period. Prveviously operated for overian cyst.currently I don't have cyst. My one left ovary has normal size another  one right is operated I heard shatwari have don't side effect. I heard shavtawari is usefull for hormonal imbalnce

Hi Nope , shatawari won't increase ovarian reserve or affect quality of eggs Though u can take shatawari for other purposes
