Healthy morning, For uric acid problem should avoid consuming whole pulses. Consuming excessive amount of moong dal can elevate the risk of purine formation, which subsequently breaks down into uric acid. It can leads to stomach complications. For uric acid add in diet low purine rich foods Add gout friendly food like eggs, nuts, seeds For gut health add in diet curd . Curd ( yogurt) is good for uric acid bcoz it’s low purine and can help lower uric acid level. Additionally add green tea, lemon water help to reduce uric acid level.
