I have severe throat pain due to tonsils and I have been prescribed azee 500antibiotic. Is it okay to take cofsil before sleeping as I am not getting sleep due to pain

Your throat is obviously not responding to Azithromycin! Please come down and meet me if you are residing in Bangalore. If not, please meet a good ENT Surgeon in your city to examine you. At your age, you should not get Acute Tonsillitis which would indicate that you are severely immunocompromised! It also means that you need to immediately get rid of the tonsils!
