Recently I had some discomfort in my legs, lower back, hips, groin area for 20days.its not severe pain but it goes here and there. doctor said it's muscle pull. She advised to take carnisure 500. My question is may I take it as I am soon to be married. Is it something like birth control or else? I'm asking because she asked me whether I am planning to have a baby now.
