Hello, If you are able to put in good efforts, it is possible.  You need to take a good protein rich diet and perform height increasing exercises like swimming and cycling. However post 18 years, you can probably increase your height by an inch or two

Height will be more determined by genetic Constitution. Consider doing some physical activities like cycling . Medicines according to me will not help much.
