Extreme fatigue, right hand went numb last night and heartburn/indigestion. i am diabetic type 2, high cholesterol and HBP

Hello Mam, there are of course cardiac risk factor present like you being diabetic, and hypertensive with raised cholesterol. But, age of 47 years in a female is less typical for a cardiac case. Still no remove every doubt for your complaints of heart burn with right arm numbness I will suggest you to undergo tests namely,

You being diabetic should be on ACE inhibitors, anti cholesterol tablets apart from regular medications.
