I have spinal tb and completed one year treatment(akt4 for 6 months n akt3 for 6 months) a week back can I get pregnant now??

You should wait for all the test again and consult your  physician again for same then plan for pregnancy

Yes you can try but again get done all investigation means it has completely cured.Start folic acid and get done one basic ultrasonography to know the status of ovaries and uterus.
