I had intercourse before my period and i got regular 7 days periods after that can i get pregnant and im sure it was not implantation bleeding because im geting some lower back pain

No chances of pregnancy are not there if you hv had your normal periods. However still if you hv doubts do a urine pregnancy test by kit at home to rule out pregnancy for your peace of mind.
