I have been facing some tenderness on the buttock cleft, no signs of pilonidal but i feel fluidy under the skin and when I palpate the sacrum cornu, below that I feel a very small cyst like or something. Can ultrasound reveal or ruleout pilonidal cyst/tract/disease? Please guide me.

Ultrasound scan may not be of much use. Please go for MRI of the lumbosacral region.
