Hi, I have undergone c section 3 months ago (may18). When can I start physical excercise. mainly abdominal exercises as I agained 15 kgs in pregnancy.plz advice.
Wt gain is normal after pregnancy,u can start wit simple walk,simple exercises,drink hot water bfr and after every meal, dnt try to reduce wt drastically it may effect u r and baby,s health,cal and consult fr advice.
