Yes you cn drive a self start two wheeler if its a laproscopic surgery. No issues in that.. However better to avoid a scooter in which you kick forcefully for another 1 week ..

No atleast you should take rest for altogether from surgery 15 days minimum.Chances of hernia will be there.so donot drive.
