Retroverted uterus. Left fallopian tube is seen. Right fallopian tube is not seen. No obvious spillage seen. It is my HSG report. can I conceive?

No with this report patency of fallopian tube is not confirmed,we suggest u do a repeat HSG test to confirm on the patency ,as if it's not there u will have to go with IVF only .
