Hi. My last period was 9 weeks ago and I have taken 3 hpts and all neg I'm not stressing nor am I taking medication I spotted once about 2 weeks ago but it didn't last no longer then an HR I could have endometriosis but I'm not sure any ideas?

Get an ultrasound done to clear doubts on any underlying issues,PCOs or any other pathology ,based on which we shall be able to advise you further on this.
