Can diaper cause gynic problems

Hi doctor, can diaper cause gynic problems in girl baby in future if it left for  5 hrs. For example: diaper like Pampers.. I'm using Pampers for 10 days in night only unknowingly twice in 10 days if we forgot to change the diaper will it cause any gynaec problem in future

Not really.If the diaper is extra absorb category.5-6 hours without poop will not cause any harm.
Next Steps
use diaper rash cream/coconut oil if redness appears.
