Hi doctors, my sugar level is 245/160. Is it okay to eat raw jackfruit? If not then which sweet fruit can be eatable for diabetic person. Thank you

Jack fruit is a high glycemic index fruit it better to avoid. It is advisable to have citrus fruits in diabetes and in limited quantities.
