Can Alfoo 10 mg retrograde ejaculation?

I have a question that i have taken silodosin for two days and i faced retrograde ejaculation with no semen or dry orgasm. Please let me know how to recover from that, should i stop taking this med. Also, now i'm prescribed alfoo 10mg.. will it also have the same issue? please suggest
