My husband has anal fissure. He is of age 24. My doubt is can a man with anal fissure have sex?

Theoretically there's no relation between anal fissure and sexual activity.
Practically if a fissure is causing a lot of pain (even at rest), then the perineal muscles may hurt which can interfere with the erection.
But the probability is very low.
