My wife is 39week 2 days pregnent. In colour dopler ultrasound placenta is grade 3 and calcification of placenta is written. Is there is serious issue.

Nothing to worry, it just means a matured placenta.. she is already 39 + week, of ur working she can be induced now or wait upto 40 completed weeks if all other parameters are stable..
