Calf muscle pain with diabetic records

Hello i am 26 year old and i am diabetic from last 1 and half year. Taking medicine- melmet 1000 mg and diamicron xr 60. Daily 1 tablet each to keep sugar fasting value within 100-120. Now Started having severe calf muscle pain (occasionally but for 3 days continuous pain this time), please help me on my next steps

You are a young diabetic. Your HbA1C target should be 6.5%. And I would prefer to increase dose of Metformin and add other better drugs over Diamicron. You should consult a diabetologist. If you wish u can start an online consultation.
