Calculus stones in both kidneys

Hello, I've calculus stones in my both kidneys. Left -12mm, right - 6.3 mm. I consulted a doctor who suggests me for a surgery it's kind of drilling the kidney. Am 27 now and so scared. I don't want to do this at this age. Just for a second opinion am consulting here. Please help out.

It is called key hole surgery(PCNl/Mini PCNL)which is a very good option for kidney stone with a very small incision. Other options may be more noninvasive like RIRS/ESWL but may be less effective or may be costlier sometimes.discuss with your urologist
