Here I m attaching a report where it mentions that calculus is seen in urinary bladder and PVR 85ML IS ALSO RECORDED. LIVER IS ALSO ENLARGED. DOES THAT MEAN STONES OR PATHRI. IS SURGERY THE ONLY CURE.

Yes it means stone or pathri It needs removal by endoscopy surgery Due to big size, cant be treated with medicines
