Sir I felt that I don't have the strong bones and teeth due to the calcium deficiency... so I am using the calcium tablets... one tablet for three days.... without consulting the any doctor.... is it causes any side effects... please guide me sir thank you.

Excessive Calcium intake without deficiency is of no use and can be harmful. Please consult a doctor close to you and get yourself examined.
