I am having hardened dental plaque in my lower jaw's teeth. I have been suffering this from past two years. In every 2 to 3 months I used to clean. It hurts more now a days after having food. Please suggest me here.

I think you need to visit a good periodontist regarding your condition.Other then cleaning you might need some other treatment for this.
