CA Breast. Left. Mastectomy done. Age 66. Previously had brain aneurysm surgery just a year ago. Does not want to be subject to chemo considering fragility, tolerance levels, previous brain episode and drastic side effects of chemo. Report status: ER+(8/8) PR- HER2- KI67 50% Grade 2. Duct CA. Vascular invasion : yes. Approx 3cm . 1 node.
