C section pain in stitches area

I had my c section on 15th sep. Completed 3 weeks now. I almost didn't had any pain after a week of the c section. But for the past 2,3 days I'm having pain in the stitches area while getting up from bed. Also slight hip pain .. Is this normal??

If stitch line looks healthy nothing to worry. C section pain goes off slowly because it is the inner layers which are hurting. It will take time
