I dr, i have delivered a baby via c section. I wanted to know, whether woman become weak after c section in future? and what kind of issue may occur in future due to c section!! I am really sacred.

Avoid heavy physical work and lifting weights for atleast 6 weeks after C section. Healthy diet and regular iron and calcium supplements are essential. You can also do gentle keigel exercises. After 1-2 months can start on mild exercises. Like walking, gentle stretches, modified yoga.
