Buzzing sound in ear, vita D&B12 deficie

Hi, I have continuous buzzing sound in right ear. I also have servical spine-disc compression at c2-c3 and L4-L5. Also having Vitamin D and B12 deficiencies. Please suggest any medicine.

Tinnitus is multifactorial.. need to be evaluated the reason of it by proper assessment.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
