Burnt my skin with oil spill in kitchen

My skin is red at two spots. Was working in the kitchen and drops of hot oil just spilled on my face. What can I apply on this please help.

Nothing serious from the image.. you can wash with soap and water and apply any antibacterial ointment ... Once it heals do regular massage of the scar.. for more specific advice consult a plastic surgeon
