Whenever I pee it burns me for some time but then it stops on its own. My veins on my junk also pain sometime. I am circumcised is it related to this? I even masturbate sometimes.

Burning while voiding or following it may be a sign of infection or stone. Circumcision has no bearing on the problem. Masturbation also is unlikely to cause it. Often some people do have similar issue on first void post ejaculation, which may be considered normal. However, a screening is always recommended.
