Burning urination , frequent urination , no other pain no fever or no other symptoms but I feel like pee but there is less light yellow  urine .

It could be simple urinary tract infection or bladder infection.
Next Steps
Get urine examination and complete blood picture done and ultrasound KUB to rule out any renal stones
