Every Time Feeling like something is Stuck in the Throat and sometimes slight Pain in the throat, Any time Food is coming in the Mouth with sour belching There is also a Burning sensation and mild pain in the Heart, Stomach & Throat. and the burning sensation increases after Eating. have to exert strength to pass stool, and it is happening little bit by little bit. tingling in bottom of right leg,

Tab pan-d40mg (1-0-1)before food. Syr sucralfate (5ml-5ml-5ml) before food. Syr ciplactin plus (5ml-5ml-5ml)before food.
