Burning sensation while am peeing

Since today morning i have been having burning sensation in my vagina and while peeing. My both the legs are paining and feeling weakness in my legs. Even i was feeling very uncomfirtable while sitting on a chair too. I have been drinking lot of water since morning so due to that am feeling much better now. Is there anything to worry about or just lack of water ??

Looks like a urinary tract infection Best treatment wuld be lot of liquids U can add on syrup citralka 2 spoons in warm water about 2 times a day for 5 days . It alkalises ur urine
