Once in a day for no reason I feel something sensation in middle of chest and after eating or taking Hajmola it goes away. What it could be ?

It can be due to gastric irritation.. avoid oily and spicy food items, drink plenty of fluids, eat meals at correct time, avoid stress and tensions,sleep minimum of 8 hours at night.. Take pan 40mg morning and night before food for 2 days..
