I hv been suffering from the low back pain since 4 years nd severe burning sensation in legs.Dr suggested me to take MRI and in that it was diagnosed that there is a risk bulg in L4 L5. And suggested to undergo surgery. It lasted for 8 months and the pain subsided and back to normal. Now since a month again it started. The drs suggested me to take an other MRI and have confirmed that I must undergo a surgery. I'm looking for 2nd opinion.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. If you are waiting for some miracle to happen which will put the disc bulge back, then sure. Do wait. If not, then yes surgery is required. Because the bulged disc is not going to go back by itself. It's just going to worsen. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
