Dear , its good thing u are observing something wrong happening after consumption of alcohol ,so try to avoid and stop it .
Second thing ,lots of metabolic changes happens after consumption of alcohol , many more problems out of that ,u are getting neuromuscular problems , there is high risk of severe deficiency of thiamine ,many more so better start reducing frequency and quantity before involvement of brain , called as encephalopathy so stop alcohol .
