HELLO, AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. AVOID ALCOHOL IF U CONSUME. IT MAY BE DUE TO EXESSECIVE PRODUCTION OF ACID. SO PLENTY OF LIQUIDS SO TIME TO TIME ACID DILUTED N PRPOGATED FORWARD. SO LESS IS BURNING. IF IT'S OESOPHAGIAL REFLUX CAP NEXPRO RD 200 BEFORE BREAKFAST N DINNER ( 30-45 MIN)FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS,THAN REDUCED TO ONE BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS OR MORE. LIGHT DIET. WATERMELON JUICE, BUTTER OIL FRESH, FRESH CURD,ARE VERY BENIFICIAL. OK.

Hello Sir I can certainly understand your concern and I have worked through your attached query in detail. As per your symptoms, the possibility of Gastroesophageal reflux disease is high. Here the acid produced in the stomach will travel backwards into food pipe causing the discomfort.
Next Steps
A short course of oral medications like Pantoprazole will be very helpful.
Health Tips
Avoid alcohol, fried and spicy food stuff
