I get burning sensation in my arms and legs usually, sometimes in my chest and back also. There is also pain in my hands and a little pain in my neck. The buthing sensation usually happens during Anytime of the day and it gets severe sometimes. I am facing this issue from past one month.

Hello... This burning can be due to the Diabetes..... causing Peripheral Neuropathy.... or it can also be due to low levels of Vitamin B12 n Vitamin D3..... Check with your Family Physician or some Good Homoeopath nearby who will examine you and advise needful investigations....
