Hi The commonest possibility is an urinary tract infection including sexually transmitted infection. Please have your urine tested for infection. Drink adequate fluids to keep urine dilute and avoid coffee and tea. Other possibility is a tear or infection in foreskin. If you suspect so have yourself examined by your doctor.
