Hlo I'm 17 yrs old. I have been suffering from burning sensation and redness on tip of my penis' head and on side of foreskin(seems like red veins) for about 2-3 weeks now. I have an uncircumcised penis and recently got known about cleaning of smegma regularly, I guess thats what not allowing to pull foreskin fully back now while erect or flaccid.
