Having pain since one month after urination on penial and bladder as wel scrotum. No fever USG. Of KUB Done small direct inguinial hernia right stone in left kidney about 4.2 mm in the middle calyx 9 mm cyst with calcification Prostate 12.95 grams normal. Urine. Retention 23 ml Having mild hydrocele bilateral since two years

Have a urine examination routine and microscopic done ,to look for any infection.uroflowmetry to know the maximum&average flow rates to detect any obstruction in lower urinary tract. Consult a urologist for clinical physical examination with investigation findings
