Burning pain

2025-05-06 16:10:51
Due to my clumsiness, I accidentally poured hot tea instead of water, then instinctively threw it away. Unfortunately, my entire tongue, upper gum, and the area beneath my tongue developed white spots, resembling burnt skin. The burns aren’t severe, but the pain has been excruciating for the past two days—it feels like hell. There’s no bleeding or major damage, but the pain is extreme. What should I do?
