Burning pain around the stomach

Having burning pain around the stomach often for the last 01 week. Previous episode 2-3 mths back. Very uneasiness. Sometimes stomach bloat and sometimes not. Bowels not getting cleared. Habit- Smoke 3 to 4 cigarettes a day. Drink occasionally once in a month. Love home made spicy food but does not eat fast food outside. Love chinese food. Surgery done for intestinal obstruction due to stricture in ileum in 2012. Pls advise medicines to get cure and restriction on food habits.
