My 10 year old daughter is suffering from right lower abdomen pain running down till the pelvic region, with burning micturation since 15 - 20 days and now headache and fever and constipation since 2 days. She's diagnosed of UTI

Consult Now
Please get an ultrasound and urine culture done. If there is swelling of kidney or ureter, an MCUG XRay will be needed later on to rule out reflux. Constipation has to be treated as well. Please see your pediatrician or a urologist.
