Burning in Vagina, painwhile urinating

I have been feeling pain and itching in Vagina since 21st June. It is very painful to urinate. I have been sexually active before 21st June and till 23rd June. I got my periods on 23rd June as well. The pain is too much to handle. I had unprotected sex thrice. There is also white discharge. I also got vaccinated at the start of this month.
